How to Brew Darjeeling Coffee at Home - A Simple Guide
A simple step-by-step guide to brewing bright, smooth Himalayan Darjeeling coffee at home.

How to Brew Darjeeling Coffee at Home — A Simple Guide
There's nothing quite like a fresh cup of Darjeeling coffee brewed in your own kitchen. Grown high in the Himalayas, our beans are prized for their bright, smooth, and naturally sweet character. Here's a simple way to enjoy them at home.
Why Darjeeling Coffee Is Special
Our coffee is grown in the cool, misty hills of the Darjeeling Himalayas, then roasted fresh in small batches. The high altitude gives the cup a clean, delicate sweetness with gentle fruit and floral notes — a flavour you simply can't get from mass-produced coffee.
What You Need
Freshly roasted Himalaya Cornerstone beans, a grinder, a kettle, and a pour-over dripper or French press.
Brewing Method
1. Use a ratio of 1 part coffee to 16 parts water (about 15 g coffee to 250 ml water).
2. Grind just before brewing — medium for pour-over, coarse for French press.
3. Heat water to 92–96 °C, just off the boil.
4. Pour a little water first and let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds.
5. Continue pouring slowly and brew for about 3 minutes, then serve.
