Coffee roasting is the essential process of transforming green beans into aromatic and flavourful roasted coffee beans. Roasters play a crucial role in this transformation. They control various parameters such as temperature, airflow, and roasting time to achieve the desired roast profile which can greatly influence the final taste of the coffee. Different roast profiles can bring out different flavour notes from the beans ranging from fruity and floral to nutty and chocolates. Furthermore, skilled roasters can also adopt their technique to highlight the unique characteristics of different coffee beans whether they are from different farms each with their flavour profile. In essence, coffee roasters are like artists using their expertise to unlock the full potential of the beans and create a delightful sensory experience for coffee enthusiasts around the world

Our journey begins with sourcing cherries directly from Darjeeling & Kalimpong’s lust plantation. We processed these cherries meticulously ensuring quality at every stage and roast in small batches preserving the unique flavours in a different roasting profile.
